Use the I-190 South. Use I-290 East (Tonawanda/Rochester) to Exit 1 (Elmwood Avenue). Turn left on Knoche Road. Turn left on Delaware Avenue - State Route 384. Turn right onto Joseph Drive and go to the end. Turn left onto O'Hara Road.
 
From the City of Buffalo:

From Buffalo Niagara International Airport:
Use State Route 33 West to exit I-90 East to Exit I-290 West. Use exit IE :laware A venue North - State Route 384. Turn right onto Joseph Drive and go to the end. Turn left onto O’Hara Road.
